Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you're paying for

Your payment is for the generation and delivery of a verified digital certificate (and associated Letter of Recommendation) for an internship you have successfully completed.

2. When refunds are available

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment if and only if your certificate has not yet been generated. Once the certificate is generated, the service has been delivered and refunds are not available.

3. When refunds are NOT available

  • After your certificate PDF has been generated (which usually happens within seconds of payment).
  • If the certificate is later revoked due to fraud, plagiarism, or breach of our Terms of Service.
  • If you change your mind after downloading the certificate.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@engitrack.in from the same email address used for your application, including:

  • Razorpay payment ID (visible on your receipt).
  • Reason for refund.

We will respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Failed payments

If your payment was deducted but the order failed (no order confirmation received), the amount is automatically reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. No action needed from you.

6. Disputes

Disputes not resolved through this process may be escalated to the grievance officer identified in our Privacy Policy.
